All homes have a minimum 6.5-year warranty for significant defects, and some manufacturers provide a longer warranty period for their products.

Once your home has reached practical completion we meet onsite to have a ‘walk through’ to show you the features and how all the components work, and identify any items requiring further attention to detail.

Ash Moseley Homes complies with all Industry Standards, and each home is heavily regulated, meeting current construction standards, the National Construction Codes, Queensland Development Code and Local council laws. 

To the best of our ability we work with you throughout the construction stages to resolve any issues that may arise and do our utmost to keep our customer happy.

Incidentally, their complaints were all dismissed and they were ordered to pay our court costs.
